Orders and quotes

Quotes for custom and chapter orders are valid for 30 days. Production begins only after written proof approval. Final quantities, sizes and artwork are confirmed on the approved proof, which forms the basis of your order.

Design services

Design work is billed at $100 per design and includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or new concepts may be quoted separately. On full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered artwork for your chapter's apparel and promotional materials.

Your artwork

By submitting artwork, names, letters or other marks for an order, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that you are authorized to place the order on behalf of your chapter.

Pricing and payment

Shop prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Chapter orders are invoiced per the terms on your quote.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events caused by carrier delays outside our control.
