Individual pieces from the shop have no minimum. Custom and chapter orders get tiered bulk pricing from 12 pieces per design. Smaller custom runs are possible and priced per piece.

Shop items ship within a few business days. Custom and chapter orders typically take 2-3 weeks from proof approval, depending on decoration and quantity. Tell us your deadline on the request form and we will confirm what is possible. Rush options are available for an additional fee.

Rough numbers are enough to get a quote. Once you approve the proof we confirm the final size breakdown with you. Many chairs use a simple Google Form or a group chat poll, and we are happy to provide a template.

Yes. We keep your artwork and specifications on file, so reorders for new members or next semester take a single email.

$100 per design. That covers an original concept built around your chapter, two rounds of revisions and print-ready files. If you already have artwork there is no design fee; we just check that it is print-ready.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best. High-resolution PNG files (300 dpi at print size) also work for most print methods. If your file needs clean-up we let you know before anything is charged.

You receive a single itemized quote. Once approved, we invoice the chapter, so there is no need to collect money from every member before ordering. Shop items are paid for at checkout.

Anywhere in the United States. Chapter orders can be delivered straight to the house, sorted by size with a packing list.

Decorated apparel is made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing on custom pieces. If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
